AAAAAH holidays, escape, finding simple pleasures, slow down, time for a few days or weeks… Whether it is to devour a book in the shade of a tree, discover authentic charming small streets, feel the warm sand under your feet, listen to the sound of the waves, enjoy small local dishes… What are we waiting for?
We take you the time of this article to the beautiful and authentic Algarve in Portugal.
About a year ago, Charlotte, who aspired to more simplicity, gentleness of life, nature, small pleasures, more humanity, and especially to less stress, less routine, and less north Europe greyness; decided to change her life with the sun and the colours as a bonus.
A supernatural place in the heart of nature
Nestled in the small hamlet of Laranjeiro, Charlotte welcomes you to a Quinta villa in the middle of a magnificent garden. A house with a unique character welcomes you and invites you to rest in the shade of a carob tree, by the pool or… on the roof terrace.
The magnificent garden surrounding the house breathes nature and invites you to relax. The pool area allows you to cool off during hot summer days or have fun with your family… And then, a holiday with a pool is even better, right?
The house has 5 rooms all decorated with taste and authenticity and you can discover them here. Each room has its own particularities and private spaces, so you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The house is as unique as the rooms thanks to its particular architecture and all made of stone.
More than just a Bed & Breakfast
Concerned about quality and offering her visitors the best possible experience, while respecting the environment, Charlotte has decided to equip all the rooms with Kalani bed sheets and we are obviously delighted! You can test the 300 thread (tc) cotton percale, made of organic and Fairtrade cotton, with a cool touch like in the big hotels.
It’s possible to book a room from a minimum of 3 nights in Bed & Breakfast mode or to rent the entire house during the high season. You will be welcomed with Charlotte’s smile and optimism, but also with her wonderful continental breakfasts, which are always prepared with love, filled with local products and sometimes even from the garden!
Important note: We would like to inform our readers that since the publication of this article, Charlotte’s charming guest house has been privatised, and has therefore closed its doors to the public. We will update this information if the situation changes.
