Have you changed your mind or made a wrong purchase?
We'll give you 30 days to change your mind, instead of the 14 required by law.
Any purchase (unused, unwashed, without smoke odour, without perfume odour, without pets hair & odour and carefully folded in its original packaging or a safe and clean packaging) can be returned by modifying your order via your customer account:
- Access your order history from your customer account;
- Select the order containing the product you wish to return;
- Select the product(s) you wish to return by ticking the box next to the product reference;
- In the ‘Comments’ field, indicate whether you would like an exchange*, a voucher or a refund, and note the reason for the return;
- If you did NOT pay with ecocheques, you are entitled to an exchange, voucher or refund;
- If you paid with ecocheques, you are entitled to an exchange or a voucher;
- * In the case of an exchange: please indicate in the ‘Comments’ field which product(s) you would like to replace your purchase with.
We will send you the new product(s) as soon as we receive your return package;
- Then click on the confirmation button;
- Print out the returns form, attach it to the delivery note you received with your order, and repack the product(s) with these two documents in their carefully sealed original packaging (if what you are returning is only part of your order, you can of course use packaging of your choice, as long as it is clean and suitable for protecting the product(s));
- Return the parcel to the following address:

Note on duvet cover returns: Each duvet cover comes with a fabric bag, this fabric bag must be returned with each duvet cover sent for the return to be accepted.
