Handdoeken zijn goed, maar op de website staat dat ze gemaakt worden in België (reden van aankoop). Op de handdoeken daarentegen staat dat ze gemaakt worden in Turkije. Triest om klanten zo verkeerd te informeren.

Sorry, de laatste productie van Handdoeken gemaakt in Turkije is vorige week binnengekomen en we hebben nog geen tijd genomen om de productpagina’s bij te werken. De Productie pagina werd ondertussen bijgewerkt en aangepast. De productpagina’s zullen in de komende dagen ook bijgewerkt worden. Maar u bent gelijk, we begrijpen dat het verwarrend voor u was en we kunnen de handdoeken terugnemen als u dat wilt.
Op dit moment werd 80% van onze voorraad handdoeken nog geproduceerd in België, maar stap na stap, afhankelijk van de beschikbare maten en kleuren, introduceren we de nieuwe productie. Zoals uitgelegd op de productie pagina, werd de productie in België gemaakt in de laatste Belgische fabriek met katoengaren geïmporteerd uit India. Helaas veranderde de fabriek van eigenaar en mochten we daar niet meer produceren. We hebben de nieuwe productie dus overgebracht naar Turkije, maar in een veel modernere fabriek en de biologische katoen is ook lokaal uit het Egeïsche gebied, dus alles in aanmerking genomen is de nieuwe productie nog lokaler, met minder transport en ook meer ecologisch.
